Pac West Roofing was founded in 1990. Our building philosophy is to provide green building solutions for our clients. We focus and believe in the LEED rating system. In the roofing and waterproofing sector, sustainability, longevity, and eco-friendly solutions is our primary focus for our clients. We believe green building solutions are not only good for the environment, they also provide immediate and long-term economic benefits for developers, building owners and occupants.
Services for roofing include Green, Metal Cladding, Metal Tile, Slate, Copper, Zinc Rubber, Concrete Tile, Clay Tile, Cedar, Fiberglass Laminated Shingles, SBS, TPO, EPDM, and Rubberized Waterproofing Applications. Other services include wall cladding, sheet metal, flashings, steel trusses, q-decking, gutters, leaf guard, downspouts, and siding of all types. We only use certified installers for all our projects, whether they are residential, strata, commercial, industrial, institutional, or government contracts.
